MSMC requires that all credentialed persons take Healthy Boundary Training in their first year in the conference, and to take a refresher every three years. Non-credentialed leaders are also encouraged to take the training and to provide opportunities in the congregation to discuss appropriate boundaries, roles, and accountability. Contact Amy Zimbelman, Conference Minister, or watch Zing! for more information.
